Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

We had a really great time at this hotel! We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!

My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).

Very nice hotel perfectly located vey close to east gate to the park. Room was lovely and very well equipped. The girls in reception were fantastic, specially Carol who help us a lot to arrange all tickets to the park and Tianmen. They have a restaurant next door with very good food at reasonable prices.

The hotel service is excellent. The housekeeper Carol proactively shared her contact information, helped plan the travel itinerary, and made reservations for attraction tickets. The environment is also nice, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel was surprisingly good, especially with the service of recommending tours and booking tickets in advance, which saved a lot of worry. Very close to the entrance of the scenic spot, very convenient to Wulingyuan Scenic Spot, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and it is quiet to sleep at night. In particular, the hotel provided a free self-service washing machine, which was very nice for those of us who had been climbing the mountains all day and were stinking. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. This National Day to Zhangjiajie tourism, I feel that the overall tourism management is very good in all aspects, scenic spots, food and beverage are not encountered in all aspects of the killing of guests, very good. Fantastic location, just a short stroll to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance. Very convenient downstairs with plenty of amenities, including much-needed proper cuppa spots! Staff were genuinely welcoming, spoke good English, and went above and beyond - helping us plan our itinerary and book tickets. The in-house buffet breakfast offered good variety with properly brewed fresh coffee. Handy amenities like the gym and laundry room were a bonus. Really worth recommending to fellow travellers.
