Staff was excellent, spoke English well and helped us out with everything we asked for. It's a beautiful spot on a renovated traditional street, but still a short walk to the metro (for easy access to taikoo li, Tianfu, train stations) and walking distance from kuanzhai. Make sure you have some tea in the park next door. Airport pickup was seemless. We also enjoyed the breakfast wontons.

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
