Extremely friendly staff. Most speak English well enough to communicate. You can even rent E Scooters and bikes there for a very reasonable price. Hotel is located in the rural area and very lovely.

The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly and most speak English. The facility is located right on the river. The food, both western and traditional are both very good. There are plenty of daily activities available at the front desk that can be organized.

Such a beautiful setting overlooking the stunning karst scenery, also with a pool for some relaxing time. Room was spacious and comfortable with the cutest balcony. A standout were all the lovely staff who were so helpful and kind. They organised a driver for us to take us to Xianggong Hill, bamboo raft ride, tea plantation and tea school which was a great day, as well as a taxi ride to the airport. Laundry service was also great, the cheapest we found in China. Highly recommended for your stay in Yangshuo.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Yangshuo. The moment I stepped out of my room, I was greeted by the breathtaking views of the karst mountains. It was like a living postcard. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the beauty of Yangshuo all over again

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - our stay was just incredible. Trust the photos, the views are real. Do not hesitate that it is a bit out of Yangshuo; with the e-scooter it is just minutes away from the loud West street. Every morning waking up with this country side view was a dream; the nature sounds at night in the terrace were unbelievable. The staff was super attentive and kind (with translation but smooth), upgraded our room, rented for us the e-scooters, were always a step ahead of what we would need. We already had activities organised but they contacted us days ahead suggesting what to visit and kindly offering to buy tickets. We had an incredible time, thanks very much!

The view is superb!

The view is superb! I have never seen anything like this in my life. The locals are kind and ready to help. Very safe to travel by family or alone. It's best to spend a week there and explore the region by renting a local electric scooter . But some point of interests are far apart and required to travel by boat so if you can't be bothered, make sure to have your local tour guide to help.

Having a local guide Anna take us around really was special - she went far beyond and above and showed us all the special places. We loved that we could hire the electric bikes from the hotel to go and explore the beauty around

Yangshuo is what people think of when they think of Guilin.

Yangshuo is what people think of when they think of Guilin. It is set in beautiful surroundings, with karst hills, forests and rivers, is full of history and interest and is packed with lively bars and restaurants but has easy access to quieter, rural lanes and villages. Visitors love to dress up in local dress and photograph themselves so there's quite a party atmosphere. I loved it and wished I'd stayed longer than two nights.

There is a lot to do in Yangshuo.

There is a lot to do in Yangshuo. Very nice places to see and we can also enjoy some of them using a bike or scooter. Take a cruise on the Li river and enjoy a bamboo boat rafting (quite soft). At nigh don't miss the light show, an amazing event on water with more than 200 artists

We stayed at Chaoyang village, it is close to Yulong River, which is the quieter side of Yangshuo (compartively). The karst landscape is beautiful and the manual bamboo rafting (not motorised like those at Li River) experience is highly recommended!

A trip up and down the river (raft or boat) and walking...

A trip up and down the river (raft or boat) and walking around West street are the highlights, we enjoyed the local park and the . The scenery is very beautiful, but marred by the traffic. We ate in the restaurant at the River-View hotel, very popular with locals and tourists alike. Don't imagine you can get to other towns easily by public transport, the bus station is well outside of town, hence the large numbers of e-scooters in use. The "Yangshuo" train station is actually 34km/21 miles away from Yangshuo, at Xinping, you need to book train tickets a few days in advance, they often sell out. Be aware of the Great Fire-wall of China; all google apps and many more don't work. Most people (and our hotel) used WeChat (instead of WhatsApp), AliPay, and DiDi for taxis- download the apps before you get to China and bring a local sim with you.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel near West Street! The location is unbeatable—right near the heart of Yangshuo, making it so easy to explore. The staff were amazing, with excellent English skills and a genuine eagerness to help. They offered fantastic suggestions and made my trip so smooth with their great service. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for unwinding. I loved the convenience of being steps from West Street, paired with such a friendly team. This hotel is a must for any visitor.

What an incredible stay! The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of China, with breathtaking landscapes all around. My room was clean, spacious, and had a private balcony with an amazing view of the karst mountains. The staff was beyond friendly and spoke fluent English, making everything easy and convenient. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The service was top-notch, and I felt completely at home here. I will definitely be back.

This hotel is GREAT! Wonderful, quiet location in Jima, close to the Yulong river and 10 minutes by car to Yangshuo. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped me with all the activities I wanted to do in the area and made sure all things were taken care of. The garden is extremely peaceful and the facility is very clean. The room was wonderful in traditional style too. Everything is exactly right! I felt completely refreshed after 4 nights. Thank you staff!

Very nice place to stay in Yangshuo - our room had a balcony overlooking the street which was glorious for bird song. The staff were super friendly and helped us with renting excellent bikes for a day-long trip, and sorting out our onward travel too. Great location for strolling to the center, and lovely and quiet in the hotel itself.

Booked this room for my 70 year old father and his partner who lives in China. He loved the hotel and kept saying over and over what a great choice it was. The 2 bedroom suite was extremely comfortable, clean and the views are stunning. Food is so good at the restaurant and the staff ware very hard working and friendly.
