Warm welcome from the staff, great hospitality - they went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay and no issues communicating with the translation app. The hotel also connected us in advance to a driver we hired for 3 days. The host was fantastic. He gave us rides to where we needed. He made meals for the guests, he helped with getting me set up to get back to Kunming. Lucy, the owner of the inn, is very kind and takes good care of her guests.
