We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel located at a small village,great location close to the entrance of national park,no queue up to Avatar mountain.you can enjoying sunrise at the room. Big clean room with soft and comfortable mattress,high speed WiFi,Nice breakfast with good coffee We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting,away from the noisy tourist area but still close the park,this is the best choice. We had a very warm welcome. Luckily we could speak English with the owner which is not always possible in China. She was very helpful and gave us good advice. The place is very close to the entrance to the park.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

The Pandora Hotel is wonderful and I'm going to tell you why: 1- it is located inside a unique natural park in the world, it is the place where heaven and earth come together to dance in balance 💃 🕺. 2- its design is harmonious and cosy, you feel at home when you get there, there is peace and harmony, that energy is perceptible from the moment you arrive 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. 3- the rooms are beautiful and very spacious, the furniture is elegant and functional, the mattresses of the beds are wonderful -soft and firm at the same time-, the view of the mountains ⛰️ 🏔️ is dreamlike, the bathrooms 🚻 are very well installed, the hot and cold water is abundant, the bedspreads and sheets of the beds 🛏️ are soft and beautiful white, the small and large pillows are incredible -comfortable and spacious-, the heating and air conditioning work very well, the white stairs are elegant and wide, the tea drinking space 🍵 is beautiful, the color of the carpets in the corridors combines very well with the whole building, the whole place simply embraces you warmly and invites you to be part of this wonderful planet, from majestic China. 4- the food is tasty and varied, all-natural and abundant, simply delicious. 5- the dining tables are beautifully set, and the presentation of the food is awesome. 6- the people who provide Hotel services are always willing to collaborate and smile often, which makes the Hotel a family atmosphere. IT IS SIMPLY A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE IN LIFE.

    Close proximity to the tourist areas, and nearby restaurants/shops. Jack (hotel owner) is very kind and accommodating. Jack gave some recommendations on where to go, and also helped us to do laundry for our clothes. Very friendly, can speak english well, and easy to approach.

    I will call it the largest and most beautiful resort in Zhangjiajie, no matter where you go to play, the hotel is arranged to pick up vehicles for free, the whole trip is perfect. Trust me if you choose the neighborhood and you see this B&B you're gonna want to stay here.
