Staff were fantastic.. greeted us and showed us to our room straight away! • Communication: Very responsive, friendly, and helpful hosts - staff on reception all day. • Cleanliness: Very clean, tidy and well-kept room. Nice ensuite with raining shower! • Accuracy: Matched the photos and description • Amenities: Wi-Fi was great! Lovely courtyard and dining area, the cooked breakfast was A++ we loved it.. eggs included! • Location: very convenient, quiet, safe, and close to everything • Comfort: Big comfy bed, raining shower, great fan provided for cooling, cabinets and wardrobe space, openable window to courtyard! • Amazing value for money Would defo stay again

Excellent place. The staff is definitely a highlight of this hotel. They are all extremely nice. They make you feel like family. The amenities are also good, comfy beds, big room, great pool. Plus, the calm and the view of the mountains from the hotel are highly appreciated.

Stayed 4 nights here and it was like being in paradise. Staff was exceeptional and the view from our room was like being in a movie. We had to walk 10 minutes to town which we enjoyed. Barichara was our favorite stop so far in Colombia and this was agreat spot. Only thing was our chicken on the first night was undercooked and we had to discuss with restaurant manager as we did not want to pay for a meal that we did not eat and were stressed about being sick. The reataurant chef took full responsability and in the end they did not charge us for the plate. We left a good tip

Location was amazing. You can feel the sense of peace and chill. Astonishing views of Barichara and the Cerros. Staff was superb and shared some knowledge of the area, with great tips. Breakfast top, very tasty! A place to come back!

Hands down one of the best places I stayed in Colombia. Everything about it is perfect, from the rooms and lobby area to the pool. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly. Barichara itself is a charming village with old colonial architecture, and the locals are incredibly welcoming and kind.

We spent 2 nights at Casa Barichara. It was never so easy for us to say: everything was great at this boutique hotel, todo excelente. Large rooms with comfortable beds, central location on a higher spot with beautiful views over Barichara, terrace with large open- air spaces and hammocks, small pool. And everyone of the female staff so friendly and always with a smile. Certainly we will stay here again, and more nights, when coming back to Barichara.

Extremely beautiful hotel and gardens, nice pool, good choice of breakfast from the hotel menu . Our room was AMAZING, a suite with a 4 poster kingsize bed and outdoor bathroom with our own private plunge pool! I would recommend Achiottee 100%!
