They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

As soon as we had arrived, the receptionist brought us glasses of cold, fresh orange juice. She also started organizing us field trips and booked a guide to tell more about the trips. Within an hour after our arrival, we had field trips ready to start. And all the people serving us in those trips were professionals and friendly. When we returned from our second trip (day + night in the rainforest), she prepared us a tasty breakfast.

Fantastic, clean place. Its like resort, with swimming pool, lake and absolutly amazing airconditioned rooms. Vibe is amazing. Staff is superb, you can pay card and thwy will collect you from the airport and drop you for the flight. 100% recommended!

All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. You can be GAVA's family! GAVA's was so comfortable hotel for me. Room was crean and had new model air controler. And hotel family were so friendly! They will help you if you tell them your probrem. Prease don't worry about English cominucation with them because they have transration application in their phones. Just one point, hotel GAVA's amazones plasing little bit far from city center so almost taxi driver don't know where it is. You should tell taxi driver "GAVA's amazones restaurant in barrio costa rica when you ahead to this hotel. Enjoy your stay!

It is an amazing place to stay. Really glad we had this experience of the river and local environs. The host was very helpful and took us out to view dolphins in the river and a walk to visit the nearby community. Keen to educate and share his experience of the region. We had meals cooked for us on board that were good and nutritious from local produce.

Everything was good. Staff, room location breakfast. Near Santander Park, where parakeets party at dusk every day. I left a bag there when I went to Puerto Nariño.

Loved this hotel! Surrounded by nature on the outskirts, pet parrots and dogs! New year in the pool will always be memorable. Nice breakfast included. Very clean room with air con and good bathroom. Just loved it here :)

A nice property in Letici, a little further from town. We only stayed for a night so we didnt get a chance to use the pool but everything else was nice, especially the beds were very comfortable.
