The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful. The view and sunset very worth it. We didn’t want to leave the pool. Kids loved it too!! The service provided at the front desk was exceptional, especially the team organising tours.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was modern, clean and much larger than expected. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. For a foreign visitor, the amount of security is a bit unusual especially given I've never seen any trouble on visits to Colombia. Overall, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the price was less than a basic hotel room in London - unbelievable value for money but perhaps I visited in low season.

Pools were clean and great. Excellent security on the beach and the road. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The restaurants had a good selection for lunch and dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at Irotama Resort! The spacious apartment was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The balcony offered breathtaking views, creating a serene atmosphere. Every one is so nice! It is close to main entertainment areas The beach is clean and the security everywhere is great. The sea view from the room was beautiful. The green of the hotel trees and animals everywhere. The food is pretty good and it is really the best place for families in Santa Marta
