All very clean and cosy. Love is the theme of this place. Feels like homestay in the beginning a truly warm local and traditional experience.Mario is a very nice guy. Always available to help. The price for what you get is amazing! You get parking space in front door, nice living room, nice bed, a lot of bsth quality producta to choose from, microwave, kettle all needed to make meals. There are very good restaurants too walking distance.

Our room was next to the pool which is large and beautiful. Cleaned daily and although slightly strong with chlorine was always lovely to float about in. About 10 mins walk to Makronissos beach and an easy drive into ayia Napa itself. Helpful staff and a lovely loathe clean room

Very comfortable and full of personality, a place to remember and come back to! The location is perfect if you want a quiet time away from the crowds. We didn’t have a car, so we were a bit worried at the beginning about having to take taxis to go shopping, but we discovered there is an excellent delivery app both for restaurants and grocery stores. Also, there is a bus station on the main street, a couple of minutes from the property. Worth mentioning the WIFI: when we booked it was not listed on Booking, but it fact there is Wifi in the house it works very well.

This is the second time I visited this place. First time was on another similar booking site. I liked the pool. It was nice, clean, big. I liked that it was pet friendly, it has fence all over so it is suitable for big dogs. Location for us it was perfect. When we arrived it was easy check in.

Villa is located very closed to the sandy modern beach with the wonderful bar. But most part of time we spent at the private swimming pool with sea view, garden furniture, sun beds and terrace. Everything was clean and nice. Kitchen is fully equipped and closest supermarket is pretty good to buy everything what is needed. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant next to supermarket in 100-200 meters from villa. We didn’t use but recognised that villa is equipped by dishwasher, might be important for longer stay. During the evening we watched an Apple TV in the living room. Really appreciate that outside terrace is equipped by another TV connected to wi-fi, never watched TV outside before :) We were surprised that villa equipped even with sports equipment, great pleasure to do some exercises at the fresh air, then jump into pool to swim and then take shower outside! It was amazing stay! Looking forward to be back soon.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! It is in an amazing location, close to everything you could possibly need in the area - bars, restaurants, beaches, stores. The whole place is furnished with taste, and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into the service they provide. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and welcoming. The rooms, common areas, restaurant and pool are spotless at all times and smelling nice. Breakfast offered a lot of choice, and there were different options every day. We were early for our check-in but they were prepared with a luggage storage room with individual storage units. The hotel has a personal parking at the disposal of the guests, that can be entered with the room card - we really appreciated this and always easily found a spot.

    Xylofagou is a perfect starting point for excursions to...

    Xylofagou is a perfect starting point for excursions to discover the beautiful island. There are several good restaurants, the sea and the beaches are close and can be easily reached by car within 10 minutes. Xylofagou is not very touristic and offers the opportunity to dive into the real Cyprus life, not into the very touristic nightlife which is offered around Agia Napa. We fell in love with Cyprus and with Xylofagou and hope we will be able to come back one day. Our favourite restaurant was Tavernaki 13, they serve typical Cyprus food there, cook it with passion and the meals are incredibly delicious.

    Xylofagou is a lovely town near to Ayia Napa.

    Xylofagou is a lovely town near to Ayia Napa. You can have both the quietness of a small town with all the facilities but also very close you can have a short taxi ride the busy resort of Ayia Napa meaning you get the best of both
