Customer service during my stay was personal and friendly from start to finish. Room quality and cleanliness was exceptional. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was thoroughly cleaned and left like new every day. Really enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Very clean . Nice snd helpful staff. They didn’t have more parking spaces in the hotel but they help us with it and show us where we can park by walking distance from hotel. Nice breakfast .

Loved the hotel! Its location was very convenient, being close to the HBF and the city center. What I liked the most was the cute interior, especially adorned with the Christmas decorations - super cute. I also had a room with an amazing city view! The breakfast exceeded my expectations; it wasn't just a basic breakfast, but they had so much more to offer. Highly recommended!
