This is my second time at the hotel and I even recommended it to a bunch of friends. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are big and comfortable (I prefer soft beds and the mattress is hard but that's ok), the breakfast offers plenty of options and I always dine at the hotel restaurant because it's very good too! A modern and very high quality hotel with superb interior, fashionable bar and a great buffet breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the whole hotel is extremely stylishly decorated and fitted out. Paid car parking on site and just a few minutes walf down the hill into Dinkelsbühl town. Check-in and reception were wonderfully nice and helpful, with good communication before we even arrived. Breakfast was nice with good variety, and the staff was lovely and friendly with our little kids. The family room was perfect for our mixed family group of 2 kids (ages 1 and 4), 2 parents, and 1 grandmother (age 70) and was really excellent value for money. Everything was sparkling clean, and the beds were big with lots of space for everyone. The location was perfect, it's a short walk to all the best restaurants and it's just across the street from a fantastic winery for tastings. As we were checking out, our 4-year-old didn't want to leave and announced that it was "the best hotel in the WHOLE WORLD."
