of course, the incredibly varied breakfast - together in a family atmosphere! The landlady looked after the guests in a very friendly manner. It was always an interesting and fun start into the day. The location is perfect, close to the river with the Elbe cycle path in front of the house. Only a 15 min walk to the train station heading to Dresden, 25 min walk to the romantic places of Meissen.

    Our host was helpful when we arrived slightly later than planned. The room was a good size, the beds comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean, like the room. Breakfast was very generous - lots of choice. The Pension is in a quiet position; the location was excellent for us wanting to visit the Porzellanmanufaktur showrooms, and within easy walking distance of the Altstadt and station.

    It's a concept hotel with amazing decor and river view. I believe they also serve breakfast for visitors. The owner is a very sweet person. We got along well in German and English. While the 30-minute drive from Dresden city center was a bit of a challenge, arriving at this riverside hotel in the evening always took all our fatigue away.

    Hotel restaurant has a great view on the Elbe and the castle. Breakfast was very good. In the nice weather one can enjoy a park with the same great views or the terrace. Room comfort was alright.
