I had a very late evening check-in and last minute booking due to train delays and Hotel was very accommodating with providing access. Lovely location and room was very welcoming. Wished I could have stayed longer.

The hotel have good location just in front of it there is a tram stop that led to the center of the town for less than 10 minutes. The room was clean and offer everything for a pleasant stay. The personal of the hotel are kind and responsive. They offer covered parking for additional payment and in front of the hotel there is a possibility to park for free for 1 or 2 hours.

Had a problem with my key card, staff were very helpful and had it sorted very quickly, room was spacious snd clean. The hotel was located on an industrial estate so it was very quiet at night.

Great hotel, we were there for a week! Amazing and friendly staff, very nice and clean room, fresh towels every day, nice breakfast. Close to the recreational area so we took our son to play at the playground and only a 10 min tram ride to the city center. Parking is free though sometimes tricky to get a spot if you return late in the evening. Thanks for having us, we will be sure to come again some day.

    We stayed in one of the excellent corner rooms with the hexagonal lounge area which caught a huge amount of light on the rainy days we were there. Well decorated/maintained, comfy and welcoming, the room, entire hotel and staff create a relaxing feel. The restaurant is high quality with an excellent menu. The outside bar area is a really pleasant space to chill on an evening. Good proximity to thermal spas, Freiburg and the SW corner of the Black Forest.
