Lovely sleepy town just 2 minutes from the Nurburgring entrance. A couple of great restaurants just off the main road, and many hotels that looked lovely (I stayed at Apex which was amazing). One word of warning - they have an 'air raid siren' to call the volunteer firefighters to action in the event of an emergency. As Brits, we did not know this and it wasn't mentioned to us, so we panicked when we heard it twice in one night. Given the current situation with Russia, we were a little worried. It’s all about cars and Nürburgring so if you are a fan you will enjoy. There are couple of other things to do around like cute lakes, Rhine region with wine tasting, historical towns etc in case you are bored in Nürburg. A fantastic hotel with an excellent bar/restaurant, the food is amazing and the setting is the place to be for racing fans!
