I like so much design and atmosphere in the hotel, pool on the roof with city centre view and relaxing sauna. Not big, but comfortable and cosy room with high quality and cool smell bathroom accessories. I would recommend this hotel all my friends and wish to stay here next time.

Breakfast was delicious Shower was fantastic, as well as the toiletries provided - generous and not screwed to the wall. Bed was too hard for me but it was high quality and would suit many people. Lots of spare blankets and pillows. Incredibly clean. Lighting and charger gadgets were cool.

checked in in late night reception welcome is avarage however I was happy with room and location much. Breakfast was awesome. Honestly, maybe the best place i've booked in a long time. My room was big with good equipments, a lot of space, a mini fridge. I loved the design. Also very quiet. The lighting was excellent, especially the one alongside the bed. The location is also perfect, in the center of the old town, 2 stops away from the train station, A special thanks to the members of the staff who all were exceptionnal ! You are so friendly and helpful, your warm smiles made me feel welcome in this hotel and this city ! You were very patient with my awful german skills 😂 but it was very enjoyable talking with you, i wish you all the best !

A Grimm Fairytale

Although known for the Nuremberg Trials, this Bavarian city has a stunning medieval core of cobbled streets and half-timbered buildings that wouldn’t look out of place in a fairytale. Sitting above this is the castle, one of the most important in the Holy Roman Empire. Take the steep walk up here for fantastic old town views.

Hauptmarkt square in the old town is home to an unusual-looking church and a Gothic fountain, spectacularly lit during the annual Nuremberg Christmas markets. Selling everything from wooden toys to lebkuchen (gingerbread), these are widely considered the best Christmas markets in Germany.

Other attractions in Nuremberg (Nürnberg in German) include the Germanisches Nationalmuseum, the country’s largest museum of culture and art. Another highlight is the Heilig-Geist-Spital, a medieval hospital by the Pegnitz River.

A word must also be said about its relationship with Nazism. On the south-east corner are the immense Nazi Rally Grounds and Party Congress Hall, built in appropriately domineering fashion. The excellent Documentation Centre here is a sensitive and unbiased portrayal of life under Hitler. It is also possible to visit the courtroom where the war trials were held.

Beautiful city with picturesque photo opportunities and rich history. The old town was a stand out and very easy to walk around. The Nurnberg rail museum was excellent and well worth a visit. We found the people very friendly and the public transport was easy to navigate. Loads of German delicacies to munch on & of course good German beer to wash it down.

Nurnberg is a historic town with its castle dominating and overlooking the entire town, the castle walls are also impressive and run around the whole town. There is much to see here from older historical periods , with the highlights being the castle, the artist Albrecht Durer, his museum and generally his larger than life figure looming over the town, however there are also historical places from the not so far past worth visiting, especially the trials museum. The squares and churches are all great to walk around as well and when you're tired from sightseeing you can get some bratwurstl and red beer.

Center of Nuremberg was almost leveled in WW2. The postwar reconstruction of buildings mostly created replacement buildings in a bland style, though the street layout remained. The churches were very well restored. I liked nearby Bamberg better on a day trip from Nuremberg. (45 minutes by Regional Bahn train.)

Too short to tell, arrived late, a bit after midnight and had to leave earlier in the morning. So can't say too much about the city, as it was just a layover for us. Will have to give it a go another time, and visit the main attractions.

Nuremburg is always a treat.

Nuremburg is always a treat. We've been there several times and never get tired of the incredible beauty this medieval city offers, including it's castle and wonderful local cuisine. It is a must see if you come to Germany. It's also a great location to day trip from. So many other great places to see within 90 minutes of here. If you have never been here catch the Bimmelbaum (little tourist train) first to get your bearings and maybe decide what things interest you most. Enjoy!

Due to a rock festival in the city center, the city was over crowded, dirty and noisy. We didn't know about this , so check dates of your visit to find if there is any events. We missed so many beautiful places to see because of the event.

Everything, the room was spacious, clean, modern and chic and the location was perfect! Right opposite old town, literally next to the central train station. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We asked for rooms away from the lift high floor and facing the courtyard and got everything we requested. If it wasn’t for a promo price I think the hotel would be expensive given the comfort of our stay

The room was a good size with high ceilings, large windows and a pleasant outlook. Very close to the UBahn. It was an easy commute from Nuremberg main station. A sign to the hotel as we exited the UBahn was most welcome. The breakfast buffet had everything we needed and more and was constantly replenished. The location had convenient access to the Old Town but was very quiet.
