It is close to the German A5 autobahn and thus an excellent place to stay on a a long journey to south of France and Spain. The Guesthouse Lowen Garni is an authentic building going back for a number of years into the past with original buildings and farm equipment. The breakfast was good. however, there were no facilities for an evening meal at the hotel , or in the village. we had to travel to Breisach in order to get an evening meal (a 10 minute drive away).
