This place is just beautiful: spotless clean, very comfy beds, very quiet and has all amenities you might need. The neighbourhood is very nice too. And Mario is a very welcoming host. Really enjoyed this auberge. The place is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly, and the food is outstanding. Only a few minutes walk from either the train or the "Fruchtmarkt" area where many of the local restaurants/cafés/bars are located.

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful pet-friendly hotel, where all our requests and last-minute issues were handled without hesitation. Thank you!

Very welcoming. I used this for an overnight stay during a long European road trip, and the location was perfect, just off the motorway. Enjoyable dinner and a good breakfast.

Personnel was extreme friendly and service oriented: although they normally do not offer such service we could do our laundry (a big thing if your are cyclists on a multiday trek), we could park our bikes inside (again not what they generally do), offered us a bike pump, breakfast was great, candy on the pillow etc etc

The staff were amazing and helpful beyond imagination. The hotel is clean and friendly, the team couldn't be more helpful, they got us out of a predicament that could have completely ruined our holiday. I feel we met genuine people who offered only help and friendship without wanting anything in return. Truly a great place to stay, would highly recommend it to anyone who wanted a stress free and relaxing stay.
