    Walsrode is a quiet town with a couple of animal based attractions (a bird park and a 'Serengeti' park). There are a few places to eat in the town but the 2 restaurants in the East of the town get booked very quickly.

    We were there to visit the Vogelspark Walsrode and this apartment is perfect for it. There is a busstop right in front of the door that brings you there and back. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The town center with all the shops are also within walking distance, or as mentioned, the bus stop is right in front. A small studio style apartment with a nice bathroom. Plenty of good recommendations and clear instructions from the owner.

    The location was good, with onsite restaurant for those wanting dinner close by. There was a fan to help cool the room on a very hot day. There was a small refrigerator in the room. There were other eating options within walking distance from hotel.

    The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. My room was light and comfortable with an excellent shower and the area is lovely and quiet. Parking was adequate and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
