Wirft is a small village near the River Ahr, a few minutes...
Wirft is a small village near the River Ahr, a few minutes from Barweiler which is where the Nurburgring industry starts. It's very quiet and pretty as it is set in a wooded valley. There are no shops here but it's a short drive or ride to the market town of Adenau one way on a decent road or 10 minutes to the Nurburgring and Nurburg village via the main B258.
