Top quality hotel in every aspect, food, service, bathroom product, towels, bathrobe etc. 9 hotel rooms capacity in total. Max 25 people can stay at this Hotel so you feel uniq and have personale contact to staff. Pool is Nice size and lovely surroundings.

I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.
