Highly Recommended – A Fantastic Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. The location is superb, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything you might need. The property itself is stunning – well-maintained, stylish, and with a truly charming atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, with hot water and excellent water pressure – a small but important detail that made a big difference. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. What really stood out was the amazing staff – incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. The management deserves special praise for running such a well-organized and guest-focused property. In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staying at this hotel feels like being welcomed home by your family. Great value for money, spacious room with a beautiful view to Cotopaxi and excellent location, just around the corner from the main road with several restaurants nearby, are among its excellent features, but the breakfast stands out for the kindness and care of the lady who will set the buffet and prepare eggs a la carte for you and who will remind you of your grandmother almost inevitably. The hotel manager was just as kind and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

Jaime and Sandra were so helpful and accommodating. They arranged for airport to and fro pick up, breakfast, and my room was perfect- quiet with very comfortable bed. I hope stay here again.

Great staff, secure parking behind the hotel, nice and clean room, quiet at night. As we used this hotel for a stopover to be close to Antisania reserve, I cannot comment on the location. For Antisania it's perfect.
