    New building and rooms, comfortable, very welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful view, relaxing stay. Also the property is in the center of Värska, so everything is in walking distance. First floor has a caffeteria, where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices.

    The breakfast was a highlight of our stay in this new hotel with some work on its hands. A delicious fluffy omelette with bacon and a sausage link with toast and cappuccino. Delightful!

    Good, quiet location near the lake and close to everything in Värska. In general new and fresh room, comfortable beds. Cafe downstairs, ok decent dishes - nothing fancy. TV, AC.
