We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

I recently stayed at the Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada with 2 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and modern luxury of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained, like beach volleyball, pottering, hand reading, speed boat rides, and a fantastic spa to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing rooftop, where we enjoyed breathtaking views while relaxing with a shisha. A special shout-out to the hotel manager, Amir Nagy, who was an exceptional host and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. We also want to give a huge thank you to Mohamed Ali from the Nur Bar for making the best margaritas we’ve ever had! His drinks were incredible and definitely added to the fun of our trip. And Mohamed from the ‘Dar’ Bar always greeted us with a smile and top-notch service, making every visit a pleasure. It was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled stay in Hurghada, we highly recommend Serry Beach Resort!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was an good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! A big Thank you to the whole sentido team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

    Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. I know my daughters found that intimidating when they were younger but today its fine.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort. We went on tours to Hula Hula Beach, did snorkeling and scuba diving, rented a yacht for a day, and also went quad biking in the desert at sunset. It was a lot of fun.

    A wonderful place to stay, lovely cats can be seen everywhere, enjoy the nature of Red Sea and one of the world's beaches. Giftun island is a wonderful world to enjoy with super vibes. Enjoy wandering in the touristic promenade with wide variety of delicious food cuisines.

    Iv'e spent many nights in Lemera Hotel and the best thing about Lamera Hotel is Karmen. She is absolutely gorgeous. The most gorgeous sight in Hurghada in my opinion. Karmen and the rest of the staff are good English speakers and are glad to help you out whenever you want some information or need assistance. Most afternoons, the staff brings some snacks to your room around 3 pm. While I was there they were bringing jello and fruit by the rooms. This is a nice touch, especially when Karmen is the one knocking on your door.

    To be honest the facility is much better than the other hotels in hurghada, it was very nice and the most important is the quality of the food and the taste ♥️ and of course it's very good option for a family with kids . Many thanks to mr Mohamed said from front office attentive and respectful. And Abdullah from sunflower restaurant is very polite and helpful he was the best 🌸 also the same restaurant many thanks to mr hossam and the hostess ( Ashrakt 💗) if I'm not mistaken.

    Clean, nice rooms, great reef, good food, bottled drinks in the resort and in the minibar in the room. After 4 nights we moved to a 5 star hotel nearby for aquapark for our kids. For almost the same price it was much much better our stay at Fort Arabesque, it is by far my favourite place in Hurghada. And the gardens are the most beautiful, well kept and great to have a walk in the evening.
