It took me a long time to looking for the words to rate this wonderful hotel. The fact that I am writing now does not mean that I have already found it, but the Booking rightfully expects me to say something, if I want to at all, because it cannot give me more time. Well, in light of this, I would first of all like to thank the polite staff. Among them, I would like to single out Mr. Hany, from whom, in addition to his excellent courtesy, we also received warm human gestures. The hotel sparkled with cleanliness. There was a wonderful view of the Nile River. We had a hearty breakfast and a tasty dinner. During our stay in Egypt, this hotel was by far the best. Trained and courteous guards take care of the safety of the guests, but at the same time, we did not feel that they restricted our movement in any way. The hotel holds its own in the world as well. I stayed in Switzerland on the shores of Lake Geneva a few years ago in a hotel of a similar size, and now I have to say that the Holy Family Hotel is in no way inferior to the Swiss one. We felt very welcome at the reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel provided also slippers and bathrobes. Bed and pillow were also very comfortable. And staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect- opposite of the train station.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was great, the shower was good, toiletries in the bathroom were lovely and the items that were free with the minibar - water, biscuits, etc were a welcome treat.
