A lovely place at the edge of the Nubian village. An oasis of calm after hectic Cairo. Could not recommend enough. Lovely comfortable room with ac. Gorgeous area upstairs to eat/hang out. L It is as lovely as the photos suggest. Kind and helpful staff. Thank you so much for everything, Somoya! ❤️🙏

We arrived early by bus and they sent a car to collect us for 10 Dollars. Honestly it is not a good road into the village and it was so good to have someone know where we were going. They allowed us to check in early. They have the most amazing mango juices. The food is fantastic. You are paying for an experience. They will bend over backwards for you and they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They keep you safe and give you tips. The room had no windows but the fridge works and the aircon works. My husband did not like the shower, its just over the toilet. I do not mind it all that much. The room is not big but we had a balcony or would sit at the eating corner. I would suggest this as a must to all travelers. Thank you to Opal Nubian for the wonderful memories!

We love the tranquillity and ambience of the hotel. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He is willing to go above and beyond, based on the needs of his guests. The food was super nice, and it was always on time in delivering our requests. If we get an opportunity to come back again in Aswan, we will surely choose this hotel again for we were happy in our short stay.
