スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で好感が持てました。最上階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、清潔で広々としており、天窓から空を眺めることができました。 朝食は品数が少なめではありましたが、テルエルの伝統的な料理も含まれており、満足できる内容でした。 街自体がそれほど大きくないため、ホテルから徒歩圏内にレストランやお店、駅などが揃っています。
