Our host was very hospitable. He ensured we had everything we needed and checked in with us regularly. The accommodation had cooking facilities, washing machine etc- all the stuff you’d have at your house so it’s very practical. The premise was clean and tidy upon arrival and stocked with cleaning supplies. Thank you for making our stay in fuerte easy :)

The apartments are located in a small, non-touristy town—perfect for those seeking peace and solitude. Just a three-minute walk away, you'll find stunning trails with ocean views, and beyond that, a promenade that leads to the neighboring, more touristy town Caleta. There is a bus stop near the apartments with buses running to the capital and the airport. Inside the apartment, you have everything you need and more—it truly feels like home. In the evenings, we cooked our own dinners and had a wonderful time on the balcony after a full day of exploring.

The location is really nice, in the middle of the island, so about 1 hour to Moro Jable, and 30-40 min to Corralejo. Really close to airport (Which is also a bad thing if you light sleeper) The property has 2 toilets , so perfect if staying with 4 people. A lot of amenities, coffee maker, fridge, oven etc. Really nice view from the bedroom of the mountains.

    Ideal place for some warmth and sun and a good place to relax. Close to Caleta de fuste if you want to find a few more things to do such as beach, marina, shops and restuarants. Would probably suit more mature people than younger folk as there is not much to do in the actaul resort other than eat and drink, however Caleta de fuste is only a 5 minute drive away or 25 minute slow walk and that area offers more for families and younger couples/singles.

    away from noise, nice quite location great bus service, and five mins in car ten by bus to biggest supermarkets on island, no rip off prices ,you pay same as locals all fresh fantastic fresh seafood, just fifteen mins to airport Caleta de fuste fantastic beach sunbeds ,safe for children all sand great restraurants on beach , one of the best seafood restraurants excuse spelling, Caleta de fuste only five miles from Costa de Antigua . Airport only five miles, Car hire Autorisen best on island and cheapest , no insurance excess , everything included great cars , we parked at supermarket mentioned, on return from shopping car had been hit by another car and damaged ,no sign of other car some dishonest xxxx but no problem all covered ,Autorisen does what is says no nasty bills all covered in price fantastic service.Dont be afraid to hire car , unlike uk, roads are fantastic no potholes, great signs, cheap fuel ,very little traffic once away from airport,in fact not that busy at all even near airport, plus best beaches in world spoilt for choice.And one more thing for smokers of the green stuff ,it is available at club 44 Caleta de fuste a private club authorised by Spanish Law

    It’s mainly residential with two hotels and some holiday accommodation with some bars and restaurants. No direct access to a beach and although the coastal path is easily accessible and takes you in Caleta de Fuste, it’s a 20-30 minute walk. We love it as a base and like to come back in the evenings to Stoners Irish Bar where there’s always a warm welcome no matter how old you are or where you’re from

    A work in progress; lots of unfinished buildings and plots for sale. A lot of renovation to older Caletas going on and it needs it. Only a handful of shops and restaurants ; a few bars. Just a few hotels; plenty of apartments. No beach or access to the sea. A residential area which is close to the airport and within walking distance of Caleta Del Fuste, the main tourist town in this area.

    Range of eateries not the best at an Irish bar, English corner restaurant, Indian, Mexican and Chinese only. Minimarkets were well stocked and open long hours. No beach at resort, as cliffs, but an hour walk along flat coastline pavement was a beach with golden sands and port with full facilities. Buses did call into resort for travel to other places on the island. Easy to park car and lots of seaviews, as very quiet with lots of spaces between apartment blocks.

    There are only a few bars and restaurants - a taxi to the nearest lively resort was £2.50. There is no beach or access to the sea. Mainly elderly tourists and lots of expat retired Brits/Irish. The local bus service will take you to the capital for onward connections.

    Travelled with friends, had a lovely time. Villa had everything we needed. In a nice quiet location, with lovely views from the roof terrace, and only a few mins drive from the beach and resort centre. Both the owner and local management team made sure our stay went well from start to finish, with always a quick response to any query.

    The accommodation was very clean with everything you needed for your stay. If you are relaxing with a car, the location is very good for all the interesting cities of the island, not far from a wonderful beach, shops, cheap gas station, and always a parking space. I liked the recommendations for shopping and transport from Lucia.

    Location was perfect, close to supermarket and beach. Villa is in a really nice quiet place. Pool was amazing. Villa had everything you would need, New Air con was amazing. Terry the host is very helpful and answers your questions very promptly. He also gives you his vast knowledge about the resort.

    We stayed for couple of nights while we waited for flight. Hotel was not great. The pool area was filthy (not hotel staff issue but the guests) rubbish everywhere, broken sunbeds, room smelt, fag butts everywhere just all round horrible. Only plus is it's 10mins to airport.
