Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Went out of way to provide gluten free breakfast for daughter. Delightful people. It was also across the road from the train station so we were in centre of Bilbao in 15 mins. Also located just off the motorway so very easy to find.

I loved the big, comfortable rooms including the huge bathrooms. The balcony was great. The food was exceptional and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who were so kind to me and my dog. A beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings and for a great price.

Friendly owners who lent is their train card. Made the 20 minute trip into Bilbao super easy, barely an inconvenience! We had no problem parking in a car park right opposite the house. Could see our car from our window. YouTube on the tv a big plus too.

The location was perfect for exploration of the Basque Country. "From the mountains to the sea". The accomodation was excellently furnished especially the bedrooms and their attached toilets. True country house living in comfort. Big space for parking.

    Road noise was not an issue for us, but it is near...

    Road noise was not an issue for us, but it is near roundabout on main road, so maybe for some if sleep with open window. Train station easy walk if want to go to Bilbao without driving ( or come on ferry without car).
