The hotel has spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. breakfast was exceptionally well and varied, with fresh produces and local, typical specialities. Since part of Granada can not be accessed by car, I booked with the parking slot, which is right next door. The hotel is conveniently located with several bus connections nearby, allowing to reach all parts of Granada easily. The air conditioning was highly appreciated during the exceptional heat wave with almost 40°C in May. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This was a fabulous hotel. Unique decorating made it ‘boutique’ rather than the chain hotels. Spacious rooms that were very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and it was very, very clean. The breakfast was served in another unique space and the woman who looked after it was helpful. A good selection with the fruit really memorable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a really lovely stay here.

Excellent location. Beautiful courtyard. And really kind and helpful staff. They gave us great recommendations for the city. The property was ideally placed at a walking distance from the alhambra, albaicin and sacromonte. All of them are a bit of a hike up but all within walkable distance. We went in the middle of a heatwave and yet the rooms were really comfortable. The AC took a bit of time to cool but nevertheless it was great.

    When we arrived at this hotel the doors were tied up. Locals told us it was a scam and that it was closed. We had received a what's app message from the hotel to use a keypad for a side door to let ourselves in. There were no staff anywherel to be seen.

    Did not see any staff. front entrance door was locked and cable tied, had to enter via side door with security code given over WhatsApp message. Health and safety was very poor as there was no staff at the hotel. It is a risk incident waiting to happen.

    Worse hotel I ever stayed in !!! lies about WIFI, they do not have it, other guests complaint the same, and they used different excuses and offer online but do not have WIFI !!
