We loved this beautiful place.We had the terrace room.Good linnen and bed.The house is in excellent condition.Breakfast was great, served by a very helpful and friendly lady. A private beach Just 200 meters down the road. It was a bit tricky to find this place the first day as my google maps/mobile network was slow at crucial points but we managed and by the second day it was so easy to visit the town and surroundings.

Lovely stay in nice surroundings. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too good, but we were able to enjoy the cozy fireplace lounge and a really good glass of wine. Nice breakfast, excellent dinner and good advice for trips in the area. Can definitely be recommended.

Marvelous place! Everything was beyond my expectations. Clean and relaxing that is exactly what I needed. At that price I saw nothing better. Very quiet place aside from touristic sites but everything is not far if you have a car. Excellent possibilities for hiking either in mountains or along the seaside. There are few good restaurants in 15min by car. I stayed at the hotel at the New year night and the owner brought wine and grape!

Andrea messaged a couple of days in advance to arrange meeting when we arrived in Luarca. When we arrived she was available soon to meet me and hand over the keys. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean and well appointed, I would happily have stayed here for a while. We were travelling by bicycle and could store our bikes indoors. Luarca is a lovely town with nice restaurants and cafes, and all is easily accessible from the apartment location.

Everything in this place is absolutely fantastic. We had a friendly warm welcome from the owner, who also did everything possible to help during our stay. The apartment is modern and well designed, exceptionally clean, with everything in in you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped; it was so good to be able to make coffee and hot meals when we wanted. It has a lounge area plus balcony to watch the laneway activities. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and roomy. All contained in a very old building one street back from the water, and at a very good price.

Amazing place in the heart of Luarca. Historical house, atmosphere, spiral staircase, shutters on the windows... :) You feel like you're in a movie. The owner is a very nice person, the house was clean and tidy. I was satisfied 20 out of 10! I highly recommend this place

    I imagine tourists use this a base to explore the area. I'm not sure the village itself has anything distinctive to see or do, though it is very close to the motorway which makes it ideal if you just need a quick resting stop for the night.
