What a superb parador! A great heritage structure that's been meticulously, lovingly restored. High standards of everything: linens, products, service. The restaurant is wonderful, the menu traditional and brilliantly executed, as is the table service. Very impressed at this first Spanish parador stay. The breakfast from the local artisan patisserie was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day and the convenience of requesting it made mornings feel indulgent and easy. And then there’s Marisín—the heart of the experience. Warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely; she made sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality added a personal touch that elevated our stay from great to unforgettable.
