A hamlet beside the village of Pendueles (and its railway...
A hamlet beside the village of Pendueles (and its railway station) and close to the resort town of Llanes in Asturias, Buelna has a beautiful coastline with several small, not-too-busy, calm beaches and incredible views over the Asturian coastline which can be enjoyed along the rural walks which intertwine Buelna and Pendueles. You can also visit Llanes, which is nearby and bigger, by RENFE train and there are other activities such as bike hire in the area. If you are new to Asturias, try the cachopo, which is a large breaded fried fillet which comes in various meats and cheeses.
