Being in the middle of the plantation with no traffic or noise other than the birds and see crashing against the cliffs . Apartment was a great size and has everything you needed including dressing gowns as well . As only a few apartments in the Hacienda the pool area was quiet and plenty of time to swim or use the hot tubs . They also have a sauna which we did not use but looked good . Our host Diane/a was just wonderful , we communicated with our broken Spanish and her broken English with the help of Google translate . She loves to take photos and showed us around the plantation as well , just a very lovely woman indeed . Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be away from everything .

Fantastic, big and comfortable apartment with many kitchen utensils I even don't have at home. Lovely and caring hosts Elena and Jose. Jose even picked us up from Los Cristianos Ferry Terminal. Although we don't speak Spanish we managed to communicate. Buenavista del Norte is a charming town worth to spend some time. The apartment is conveniently centrally located,very close to the bus station, shops and the main square.

Nice and quiet hotel with a great breakfast, not that many choices but all basics are there and it's good quality. When the sun is up it's nice to sit outside for the breakfast, it was end February. For me a great place as a basis to explore the area, for example to go hiking. Quite a big room and bathroom.

The town itself is small but has everything you need for a...

The town itself is small but has everything you need for a week’s stay, with a handful of restaurants, some local shops, and a relaxed, non-touristy feel. It’s generally quiet and has a lovely central square where you can sit and soak up the atmosphere. Everything in town is within walking distance, including the beach, which makes it very convenient. One of the main attractions people mention is the lighthouse. Be aware that access is restricted, so you’ll need to take the hourly bus service there and back rather than driving up. During our visit in September 2025, the town was unfortunately plagued by flies, which became a bit of a nuisance, though this was likely made worse by the unusually hot and humid weather at the time. Overall, it’s a charming and peaceful place to spend time, offering a more authentic local feel than the bigger resort towns.

5 star hotel facilities and accommodation, lovely spa. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive and friendly staff, we wanted for morning. Chilled from the moment we arrived. Lots of small kind touches, free snacks in lobby, welcome drinks, free shuttle service to the semi private rock pool. It was just a wow!! Our second visit and it’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the staff team were so friendly and helpful especially Ixstha at the pool bar who greeted us every day with a friendly hola. We have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is definitely one of the best. We enjoyed the live music in the courtyard at the weekend evenings, the wonderful food, relaxing atmosphere and how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. We have come back to the UK rested and relaxed.

This is a hotel for golfers, if you’re not a golfer or have not rented a car, there is very little to do , the hotel is isolated in the middle of nowhere. Having said that it is a beautiful hotel with lovely views. My wife being coeliac requires gluten free food, the chefs bent over backwards to make sure she hade the food of her choice. The staff made sure we wanted for nothing, our suit was kept beautifully clean, with an evening turn down service. Being in our late seventies we enjoyed a relaxing chilled out holiday, Tenerife was the third of our island tours and this was certainly the best hotel we stayed in and a big thank you to Lucuia and Carmen in the spar who helped my wife out so much, you are both wonderful ladies.

A quiet, authentic place with some restaurants around the...

A quiet, authentic place with some restaurants around the main square and a few groceries. Ideally located for walks in the near southwest and further in the northeast. The buses (main station) have good connections to villages all around. There is a nice 18 hole golf court right by the sea.

This apartment is very beautiful. Every picture is real. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is very important that the landlord is very friendly. He replied to my message in time and helped me find everything I needed. This apartment is spacious and suitable for families. My children like it here very much, and they want to go back when we leave. If I come to Tenerife again, we will choose to stay here again.

great location, great host, literally on the road from Masca, still high up in the mountains with awesome views and sunsets. the house itself is nice and welcoming, nothing fancy, but u don't go to Tenerife to spend time inside a house. we'd happily go back and recommend to anyone this place.
