In June I spent a week in this hotel with my husband on a hill walking trip to the Picos. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Our room was very nice and spacious overlooking the river with great views of the Picos. There is a great pool area which we used on days when we weren’t out and about. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Martha who was so warm and kind and treated us to a nightcap for our wedding anniversary. There is a really nice relaxing lounge area which includes a bar area and also serves coffee. An outdoor area, off this lounge area, is also perfect for chilling and listening to the babbling stream with great views of the Picos.

    This little village is a full 100 ft above the main road. 1.5km up a winding road to the house. You feel so tucked away up on the mountain side, but are right in the center of activity of the mountains. Tuly a magical place.
