    Great little town with friendly people.

    Great little town with friendly people. Beach is gorgeous and easily accessible by bus or train. Don't expect everyone to speak English as this is a very spanish town.... this is one of the major selling points to travelling here. Its such a happy, chilled out and friendly place.

    Castelldefels is a very good destination it is close to Barcelona airport and has many good bars and restaurants. There are also many good hotels on the beach side of the town and quite a few good bars/ restaurants along the beach

    Castelldefels is just outside the business of Barcelona, but right on the train line to access the city easily. The beautiful beach and lots of things to visit and do nearby give you lots of good alternatives to the city as well.

    We regularly stay in the Barcelona area when arriving or departing by cruise ship. We prefer Casteldefells and Gava area to stay, rather than Barcelona, because it is a much more relaxed place with good value hotels and it feels much safer than Barcelona.

    Nice quiet beach town with nice beach and chiruinguitos and restaurants. The sea was too wild to swim in. The weather was sunny but windy during my stay. Not a lot of shopping/grocery shops near beachfront though. Tip: Restaurant Pez Bomba!

    Easy & SAFE walking distance to all restaurants, shops, beach, bars & some nightlife. It is slightly more expensive to eat on the beachfront, compared to some restaurants down the side roads. Plenty of choices. There was an AWESOME sushi buffet restaurant, called Yamasato, not too expensive & with a good variety of dishes besides sushi. Not all waitrons spoke English but there was 1. Downside of Castelldefels, easy access to Barcelona but an hour bus ride cost 5 EURO 1-way. It was cheaper to stay in this area compared to Barcelona

    We had a lovely time at Hotel SB BCN. The room was spacious and modern, and super clean with housekeeping arranged to come by every day. The hotel had a lovely pool and bar area with really friendly staff. It was in a great location too - it was a 25 min walk to the beach, which was beautiful and not too busy with some great restaurants, and it was also 15 mins from Castelldelfells train station, which gets you into Barcelona in 30 mins. The hotel was also an easy < 5 min walk to Lidl and Carrefour, with a huge shopping mall next door too.

    I will highly recommend this hotel, its so clean and friendly all the staff. Special mention to Sarah thank you for being nice and sweet. The swimming pool is ok and my daughter was very happy with it. It is close to everything, the bus stop going to the beach and going to Barcelona it very easy. Lot of convenient store close to the hotel and its affordable the prices. You will enjoy this place. Don't regret to stay this place 101 percent you will be satisfied. I promise to you. ❤️

    The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the beach, 2 pools available, possibility to use the public tranaport to Barcelona, close to the airport, free cultural events during summer in the palm square in front of the hotel... basically I would absolutely recommend this hotel for family holidays and the breakfest are also very nice.
