Very kind and direct owner Maura, as if we had known each other for years. We had a rich breakfast and were able to use part of the large refrigerator. The private bathroom was great, the bedroom was comfortable. The two cats were cute. There was always free parking in front of the house. A small village free of tourism, with friendly residents. Thank you for everything, Maura!

We stayed for two weaks. Hotel is located in very good spot. Shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You have easy access to San Agustin beach and one more beach that is smaller with very few people enjoying wild nature. Breakfest was very good. Good choice of food and delicious. Same for lunch and dinner. Hotel takes large area with beautiful pool areas with very good looking tropical plants and trees. Must pay a lot of credit to the staff, because I think they are doing their job with a lot of hard work and devotion. Rooms were kept every day by cleaning and changing bed lining. Restaurant staff still smiling after long days of hard work. Animation team was incredible by making live performances every evening at the levels of professional performers and keeping children interested in different activities during the day. Our son loved the animation team. Talented young people they are. Speciall thanks to Guillermo at the counter desk. He was very kind and professional solving any question with great regard speaking very good english. I saw someone shouting out for zero reasons, but Guillermo managed that calmly as usually. Hotel has a storage room for luggage in case you have a late flight home, so you can enjoy the island after checking out. We even got a room after for showering end prepare us for going home. I don't know what else could I ask for.

Liked everything about it, location, setup of pool, bars and restaurant. The food was great. The staff were super friendly.. the room was excellent, comfortable and spacious. Even the pickup from the airport, arranged by the hotel was fantastic.

    It was a nice village by the sea.

    It was a nice village by the sea. I think we were the only tourists there. You must have a car, I did not see public transportation to/from the village. There are couple of small grocery stores, restaurants and bars and the atmosphere seemed very local. I did not realize that there was a swimmable beach, no sand but rock instead. We did swim two times there and it was pleasant.

    After they stole our money and credit cards there was no reason to stay. Was in apartment for 3 days after worrying my self they may steel more things. There was nothing to do there nor visit or see. Total waste of money

    This is not a tourist destination but a quiet Canarian town...

    This is not a tourist destination but a quiet Canarian town which is probably quite a good base if you have a transport and want to see the rest of island. There are two saltwater swimming pools refreshed by the tide. The landscape around is typically fairly barren and there are wind turbines (quiet) very close to the town. The locals have made a huge effort to create a maritime park with art installations which represent the flora and fauna of the island- nice for a gentle stroll. There are a couple of good restaurants (not open every day), cafes, bars and tapas bars. There is a jetty with fishing boats and small pleasure craft and local fishing boats pulled up on the local beach which has a small sandy corner suitable for swimming. It was perfect for the detox I needed.

    Cozy house suitable for several families.

    Cozy house suitable for several families. Not far from the shop, beach, cafe or children's playground. Quiet place for those who don't like noise. The house needs cosmetic repairs, the wall insulation is very poor, you can hear your neighbors behind the wall.

    For us, the little town was very enjoyable watching all the people interact with each other throughout the day and evening time. The beaches were close and great! The apt fit us for everything we needed and Juan was a very kind and generous host.

    It's an ideal place if you travel with your family and have...

    It's an ideal place if you travel with your family and have a car. Very nice access to main atractions on Gran Canaria from this city. You can drive to Airport, Las Palmas, Maspalomas, Terror, Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogan, Roque Nublo etc. very easily by car during day and come back to this very quite city in the evening. There is a beach-like facility close to this apartment, but actually no sand. It's mailny a big concrete pool with natural sea water, even thogh it's enough to play in water for small children, We visited 2 local restraurants and ate local foods. It's was delicious.
