Reception & room good except for pillows which were poor. Disappointed that restaurant was closed on both stays within the last 7 days and also because our 8am departure on our 2nd stay meant we had to leave without having our 7.30 breakfast because of the chef turned up late and the resulting queue to be served had hardly moved after 20 mins. This is a really lovely hotel, we stopped over on route to Santander heading for the ferry, its lovely and clean, comfy and friendly staff. Beds and bowels for our dogs too at €10. We could have driven for 9 hours straight to Santander as we have for 20 years but having stayed here....never again, price wise fantastic too. Definitely recommend and its less than 1 min from the motorway with a lovely bar 30 secs down the road as an added bonus if you want a drink and to eat out.Guest review byJamesUnited Kingdom
