The treatment for pets is nothing short of amazing, and that alone makes them deserving of 5 stars. However, during check-in yesterday around 19:45, the man at the desk was not appealing at all. He wore a very fake smile and showed no patience. In contrast, the man who assisted us during checkout was super friendly, helpful, and nice. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The Reception staff were very informative and helpful. The room wax very comfortable and with a fridge. We also loved hearing the cathedral bells. Everything was straightforward and easy, so much so that we enquired about staying another time later in the year. I was running in the marathon, it was close to the start and the staff at the front desk were very kind to offer late checkout, meaning I could take a shower after the race. The room for the two of us and our 8 year old daughter was excellent and great value
