The old town of Estepona was lovely . It was a pity not to be able to swim at La Rada beach as it was so inviting. I felt there is a lot of construction work going on in Estepona at the moment so it was hard to get a sense of it character. Estepona is a very beautiful town specially the old towns with streets full of beautiful flowers well maintained. The good range of restaurants and good quality shops. We were close to the Supermarkets important for self-catering. The village of Cancelada with lots of fabulous restaurants and bars is 10 minutes away as is Marbella and Porta Banus. Only 15 minutes to Benhavis and Estepona. Close to the beach and some nice walks and beach bars to be found. The people are so friendly I used to go to Fresh Bar (Taro) by the Mercadonna for breakfast very good and reasonable. We went boating and jet skiing again not too expensive. I'm sure there is lots more to explore in Estepona and Andalusia.Guest review byBenson - 10
What a beautiful, safe, clean place.
What a beautiful, safe, clean place. So many lovely places to eat and drink. Great walks left or right of the beach, and the nicest city flowers we have ever seen. The only thing I would criticise is the lack of retail shopping; no branded stores anywhere. I would go back and 4 days is enough if yoiur travelling around.Guest review bymindundalkIreland - 10

Estepona is a beautiful place. All of the white washed old town charm of Marbella, but with a more relaxed vibe. It's very spacious, clean, comfortable and bright with amazing views. All the equipment you need for cooking, washing etc. The location is great for the facilities of the port and carrefour shopping, but also not too far from old town, 15-20 minute walk. The host is friendly and amenable and fixed a small issue with air con the same day I contacted him. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday in Estepona. It was a very easy and pleasant stroll along the boulevard by the sea to the old town and watching people on the beach Estepona presented itself so well with lots of positive changes since our last visit. We were met by the owner and they could not have been more helpful.. The apartment was a delight, clean, cheerful and roomy with a huge wrap around terrace.
