I loved the forest and lake areas directly around Gerbe, but...
I loved the forest and lake areas directly around Gerbe, but also the historic town of Ainsa. very very clean air. The Host Señor Miguel is absolutely dedicated to the guests, very friendly, and speaks some English as well. I ate all my meals at Casa Gerbe, and it was delicious, my dietary request were fulfilled and expectations surpassed. Transportation can be organised, i walked to and from Ainsa, and the forests and lake are very close, a few hundred meters. Bird watching, nature walks, Kayaking, cold water baths, or cool in the summer, plus many more. The air is super clean, i have witnessed many bio indicators such as numerous species of Lichen, mushrooms and plants.Guest review byThomasOman

Miguel the host is excellent, always taking time to recommend places of interest. The location of the property is just 4km from Aínsa but is situated with rural mountain views and to the rear of Casa Gerbe is a huge lake which is beautiful.
