Staff were beyond expectations helpful with questions on how to correctly make use of all the Marriott services at other locations on our outbound and return travel plans. Everything! Isabel met us at the flat and went over everything. She showed us a second way to enter the building to avoid stairs ... for my sister. The flat is spotless, bery spacious and very nicely furnished. Isabel is kind and bery helpful with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis for departure and suggestions about what to see and do. Perhaps the nicest host I've ever met and the nicest flat I've ever rented. The location is central to most everything and in walking distance of the city centre.
