The apartment was modern and comfortable with parking. Hernani has a historic old town and there is a frequent rail service to St Sebastien Donastia. We were lucky that our arrival coincided with a local fiesta and we were invited by Jon to join in local cider tasting and watch the Basque sports of weight lifting and wood chopping.
