Jalon is a thriving town, especially the Saturday market (...
Jalon is a thriving town, especially the Saturday market (flea and artisan). When we visited (Jan 2025) it was a sunny day so the market was huge, it brings in a lot of people. The Jalon Valley is also popular for cyclists, and there were many cycling teams training along the valley's roads during our stay. We enjoyed seeing people out and about in the area cycling and visiting the market. Jalon has many wine shops (Bodegas) where you can visit and have a look at the enormous wine barrels, and make purchases!
