I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.It was close to nature and I loved waking up to bird songs and to the view of Mt Teide. The view to the sea from the restaurant was beautiful as well. The room was really clean and the bed and armchair was so comfortable I wish I could have them at home. The staff were very friendly, smiley and supportive. I will definitely be back to this place :)

Everything.. Read plenty of negative reviews online so was very circumspect about this booking but everything we experienced was on the contrary which left us with an overall excellent experience. Right from providing a sea view room on request to over all cleanliness, buffet (both breakfast and dinner), helpful reception and ability to do reservation with them (like Loro Parque) all added to the pleasant experience. The hotel is big so when it is fully occupied it causes some issues like Hotel Parking is full (but plenty of free parking available right outside), queues during dinner and breakfast (but the food options compensate for it), waiting time for elevator (staircase an alternative but not always convinient)

Absolutely lovely house. The house itself was extremely clean, well equipped with high spec things all around. The neighbourhood makes it easy to go places. Check in was very simple and pain free. The laundry was very helpful, as were the hosts recommendations. We were very grateful for the wine and fresh eggs gifts. Quote from girlfriend: "Perfecto"

    Nice clean room and bathroom.

    Nice clean room and bathroom. Very quiet surroundings, you only hear the birds sing. Lovely view from the terrace. Big swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. Only breakfast was rather limited. In the village nearby are a few basic restaurants. We drove to Las Aguas for dinner. The place is nicer then the photos on internet.

    I was using this accommodation as a break from Puerto de la Cruz. Superb views and by sleeping at the back you benefited from the feel of being in the country. The accommodation has everything you could want. Well appointed and spotlessly clean.

    Great for exploring the island if you are active vaccationer...

    Great for exploring the island if you are active vaccationer-teide, anaga, santa cruz, chineyro, la laguna, punta del hildago, benijo, la orotova…all very accesible by car within an hour. Great for cyclists to ride up to Mt Teide, going thtough La ototova with an amazing view and above the clouds, then still on the way up through very scenic, green and fresh corona forest and then going down to south coast, downhill through rocky and dry surroundings.

    We loved the ambience, style and the stuff was extremely friendly. The hotel has a great location to go on trips and explore the island. we felt extremely at home and welcomed. we enjoyed the breakfast selection a lot. The pool also was super nice to refresh after a hot day. And we were surprised by the gym and it’s equipment we had great workouts there! Overall amazing value for the money!!!

    Staff was really nice and always to help with everything.Hotel is little old but the room was really clean and they keep all areas clean in the hotel. The food for our taste wasn't the best. Parking is too small but we managed to find parking on the street. All together we would probably come back
