Greeting, welcome and customer service from older gentleman upon arrival, Cleanliness, bed linens, air conditioning, peaceful and quiet, sitting areas in the facility, water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Presence of a front office employee when I left early around 6:00am. I highly recommend this hotel and will book it again when in Astorga.

We were walking the Camino de Santiago and this was a perfect stay. Loved the room, restaurant for lunch and the breakfast buffet. The desk staff went above and beyond to find us a farmacia open on Sunday.

Wow. A really wonderfully appointed apartment on the ground floor. Washer and drier were a bonus, and detergent was available. For a solo traveller it was pretty luxurious, and with laundry available, it matches the price of other sigle rooms with much more space. I felt pretty spoiled!
