Jaume, the hotelier, was professional and welcoming. He made my wife and I feel at home. He offered advice on points of interest, best routes and best parking areas. He made us feel at home. His staff was equally courteous and professional. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. Everything is reasonably priced. A big plus is the village of Madremanya itself. The restoration has been done very sympathetically yet with all modern conveniences such as air con etc. The pool and garden area is delightful and the restaurant is wonderful, especially if you're a foodie and interested in Catalonian cuisine.
