I liked the helpfulness of the staff very much! I forgot my favorite sweater and contacted them a few days later to ask if they had found it. They confirmed and upon request, offered to send it to my home address in Belgium, where it has now arrived. I would especially like to thank Juliana, who went a long way to help me. Great job!
