Excellent comfortable hotel in great location. Very quiet and peaceful area. Close to airport and a walk to the train station to central Bilbao. Great bar serving very reasonably priced food. Staff very friendly

Fabulous property in an idilic spot. Far exceeded our expectations. We made the mistake of not checking in before our arrival but a quick phone call soon had a that resolved. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Ainara, the hotel “manager” provided us with excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. This was definitely a relaxing and wonderful stay and we would love to come back.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect — the property is absolutely new, modern, and very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and speaks English, which makes the whole experience even smoother and more welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, delicious, and made entirely with local products that give you a true taste of the region. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and authenticity. A fantastic place to stay!

The location is perfect, in the centre and 2 minutes from the camino. The bar underneath does great pinchos and the staff are really friendly. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom clean.camino facil can drop and collect bags from here. For a one star its good.

    The hostess is a model of kindness and attentiveness. On arriving (from a long hot walk) she gave me some cool fruit juice unprompted and on leaving (for another long walk) she handed me a little parcel of goodies to power me along. She’s made the entrance/sitting room of the hotel really lovely and she really cares that you have a good stay. It’s a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car, but the hospitality you receive is faultless. The restaurant across the road serves delicious local food too. Would recommend.

    Miriam made our stay extra special. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a very warm welcome and felt she went out of her way to help us with her knowledge about the area. We had the best experience and highly recommend this hotel and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you Miriam

    Great hotel in the countryside, with fabulous & thoughtfully designed rooms. Lovely extra touches like welcoming cava in the room fridge & chocolates on check-out. The owner, Miriam, was charming & very helpful too Restaurant was very good too.
