As Brits, we expected the hostal to be of similar quality as a hostal in UK ... ie not as good quality as an hotel. We have now been informed that the exact opposite is the case here in Spain ... perhaps the booking sites should mention that in their English sites. The only improvement we could suggest for the room would be another chair and a desk or table.

Refugio La Presa provides a hot tub and a solarium, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Chulilla. The property has mountain and river views.
