I spent five dream days there with my mother. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is only 6 minutes away from the airport. It is only 100 m to the sea and you can always enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and restaurants by the sea. The breakfast was excellent and complete. And most importantly, the behavior of the hotel staff was very friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back and I definitely recommend it.

I am surprised why this superb accommodation has only an 8-point rating. I can't say anything negative about it. It's a very sophisticated, excellent hotel with an incredibly kind staff and delicious food. And I didn't see a speck of dust anywhere in the hotel, even though I have sharp eyes.:) Definitely a 10+!

When I looked for flights from Alicante to Barcelona, ​​almost all of them went through Palma. So I decided to stay one night and looked for a place to stay. First of all, I was going to stay for a short time, so I chose a place far from the airport and found a place where the price was not high. My family is 5 people and boreal gave us 3 rooms for our family. The staff was very friendly and there was no inconvenience during our stay at the hotel. I recommend this accommodation. Here's why. 1. The price is not high. 2. The location is very good. It is recommended to rent a bicycle from a nearby bicycle rental shop and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The bike path is good. 3. It's a bit far from downtown Palma, so it's cleaner and more beautiful. I know this because my family and I have cycled around the city of Palma. 4. Breakfast is very neat. Whether it's warm bacon, pain au chocolat, hot coffee and toast, the hotel prepares clean, delicious food for guests. 5. There are many inexpensive and delicious restaurants nearby./ I rented a bicycle in the evening and returned it in the morning, and the hotel provided a place to safely store the bicycle for the night. When I asked for drinkable hot water, the hotel provided water in a kettle for me, which I enjoyed. My quick check-in was also readily allowed by the hotel. While I was there, I was touched in many ways. The beautiful scenery of Palma Island, such as the safe bike path, the sunset, and the pink-purple sea reflecting the morning sun, enriched my heart.

The hotel was fantastic, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We sprung for a room with an ocean view; that and the hotel itself was worth every penny. The breakfast was good, the pool was great, and the bar area is a nice option at night. You can walk directly across the road(not a major road) to the beach for a dip in the ocean. The hotel is in a good location; 20 minutes by foot along the beach to "Mega Park" and 20 minutes by bus to downtown Palma with a bus stop directly across the street. The room had a balcony which was great, the shower was a big walk-in with rainfall spout and an adjustable spout (for when you don't plan to wash you hair ;) They also have a shower available to use if you have time to lounge at the pool between check-out and your flight!

    Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.

    Playa de Palma is beautiful with a beautiful beach and many places to find a drink or meal. The only major drawback is that the hotel feels more like a “mini Germany,” since it’s a very popular holiday spot for German travelers. If you’re hoping for something that feels more local, just keep that in mind.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca. It feels a bit lads holiday/staggy with kebab shops, tattoo shops and fish pedicure bars everywhere, and there are some unsavoury characters selling 'items' on the promenade who approach you, which I hadn't seen anywhere else on the island. We were there as an adult couple, but wouldn't be bringing children here in future. The plusses are the proximity to the airport (although it's probably an hour by public transport to Palma city itself). The beaches are clean, and it is reasonably priced to eat and drink in this area. But I wouldn't come back - there are far nicer spots elsewhere.

    Didn’t research the location and it wasn’t for us! It is not really Spain, but Germany - which is fine if that’s what you are after. The whole place was full of large groups of mostly men in football kits and the chanting was constant so it was like staying in a football stadium. We were right in the middle of the action so not the peaceful break we had anticipated. Fun to see people having a good time but it was soo noisy 24/7 Luckily bus was only 2 euros and frequent so escaped to palma every day

    As late 70 year olds Playa de Palma is an ideal location for visiting the island. We used the buses which are frequent from just near the hotel into Palma and from the bus station easy to visit other towns on the island . Plenty of choices for eating and drinking out immediately from the hotel although the hotel provided all you needed at similar cost. A motorised train runs regularly along the front , you can hop on/off once so saving along walk made it more comfortable. Generally a good location.

    This is a very busy resort and appears to be a major attraction for stag and hen parties (there were hundreds). For many visitors the large groups of loud excitable young people would be appealing but for others it was noisy and rather crowded. Every morning (from about 7 am) the council carried out a major clean up of the beach and promenade, removing the litter and detritus from the previous evening. They also cleaned and raked the beach. Fabulous. If only we could do this in the UK!! Our hotel was on the eastern side of the resort but the western end was much quieter although there were a lot less bars and restaurants

    Really excellent friendly and attentive staff. The place is like a small "oasis" between all the new white same-looking hotel blocks at Playa de Palma. Pool area was great with 2 options, palms and enough chairs. Other guests were a good mix of couples, families and youth travellers. The main more-historic building has been nicely extended with lower level additional accommodations with more modern rooms. Food and buffet were extraordinary good - high variety and clean dining area inside and outside.

    Wonderful sea view, we were on the fourth floor. We took half board and the food was more than expected. In the evening, you could eat in the restaurant by ordering food from the menu. The staff was very helpful, warm and friendly. Yes, the area is noisy, but it didn't get boring and I was able to walk on the promenade. The hotel is located near the airport. Google map helped guide me to a bus that basically went straight to the front of the hotel. The taxi cost about 23 euros
